Hotel Garance - Paris

The hotel was perfect, it had polite staff at the reception desk. The property has marvellous and peaceful location close to central Paris...

The units are nicely furnished, brand-new with baths, 2 balconies, as for instance. The location is just superb, 3 km from Louvre Museum.

I like the proximity to the train station, very convenient. Also liked the friendliness of hotel staff.

The beds were very small, and the hotel wasn't close to much of anything.

The hotel was ideal, it had CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS staff with champagne from the staff. The venue has great and peaceful location close to all the attractions, buses, taxis, trains and metro station and bus station. Stayed in this property for 1 night and liked our choice.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The people were very nice and helpful, the room very clean and the localization was perfect, not in a very touristic spot, but with the metro less then 5 min away. Lots of cafes nearby where to have our breakfast.

The shower was the thing I didn't like that much, just because it had some mold.

While this hotel is a bit older and not very glamorous, it was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The sheets were very soft, and intstead of boasting ac that doesn't actually work they include a fan. It was a very nice stay and I would not hesitate to go back.

The location of this hotel is great, metro and bus access right out the front of the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It is a 2 star hotel and that's what you get but the rooms are clean and for a Paris trip, you are hardly spending any time in it anyways. Great cafe's right up on Rue Mouffard so don't purchase the 10 Euro breakfast there. We were 100% happy with our stay at this hotel and would stay there again!

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast.

The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The ones we interacted with spoke english fairly well, and took time to help us to locate an event that we wanted to attend. The rooms were clean and the hotel is steps from Gobelins Metro stop.

the cleaning staff were a bit grumpy the first morning when they found us sleeping in and not ready to clear the room on their schedule !!! To be fair the woman later apologized and said she felt unwell , ( and who hasnt had a bad day?) and after that everything was fine, and the staff were very professional.

Friendly and helpful staff (24-hour concierge) and a great location, just 10 minutes walk to Notredame and with cafes, restaurants and the Metro at the doorstep. Very spacious room with ensuite bathroom with bath and balcony onto the street. Some street noise, but then again, it's Paris. We liked the area as it wasn't particularly touristy - lots of locals - and felt really safe plus easy to get everywhere. Only downside was no wifi and no guest computer for internet access - but there's a Starbucks just down the street! Good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

great hospitality but minor room amenities

The host was gracious. The spacious triple room had an exquisite view of the city.

Very good location, close to Rue Mouffetard with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Bakery and coffe shop close by. Small rooms, but really no problem as we only used the room for sleeping. Good value for money!

Not all of the staff could speak english.

Clean and comfortable room with personable and helpful staff.

The peeling paint, ants in the bathroom, the soap, the shower head was loose and one more chair would have been useful.
